HP Ink is one of the best and popular printing options for users. There are lots of cartridges that a customer can choose as per the demand i.e. for office or home. Commonly two types of cartridges are available one is Black and the second one is tri-colour. The tri-colour includes colours “cyan, magenta and yellow”. These mentioned cartridges are similar in size and comfortably fit into the slot. Changing a cartridge means changing the head. If you place the wrong cartridge in the not suitable slot then it will not print the pages. This is because of the gold chip present on the printer which has a different pattern or series for a particular printer. If the printer does not match it then it will show it defected and reject the cartridge. The size of the Black and the Color cartridges are the same but seems to be different in colours.

These type of cartridges has 4 different colours for 4 different inks. All 4 different tanks have different that can be easily distinguishable. The best advantage of this type is cost-cutting. CONNECTING
There are three methods through which the Hp printer can be connected to a computer:
1.USB connection
•Firstly Turn on properly both computer and HP printer.
•Connect the USB cable properly to the USB port of your HP printer and other side to the computer.
2.Wireless connection
You can follow the guided wireless set up wizard process on the printer to connect the printer to your wireless network.
•Switch ON the HP printer, router, and computer, and disconnect the USB properly or Ethernet cables from your printer and device if any connected.
•Make sure that your computer should be connected to the same wireless network with which your HP printer is connected to.

3.Wired connection
•Switch ON the HP printer and disconnect all the plugs from the ethernet ports at the printer side, if any.
•Connect the HP printer port with the available port on your wireless router using the same ethernet cable.

1.Open your web browser and then open HP
Drivers and Downloads site.
2.For getting a concise list of drivers
specifically for your product model, fill in the service tag of your printer
and then click on Search to continue.
3.You will then find a drop-down menu under
Operation System. Here, choose the operation system which matches that is
Installed on your device.
4.Then, search the files which are listed as
Application or Drivers for OS deployment ( something that consists of the word
Drivers or Driver in its title) under the option of DOWNLOAD LIST.
5.The user then needs to make a note of one or
more File names that are listed which the user must know after the downloading
of the file finishes.
6.The user then needs to make sure that the
checkbox next to each file has been tick-marked. Then proceed to select the
DOWNLOAD ALL option.
7.The user might then be prompted to save,
save file or the downloading process might get started automatically, which

option for opening the folder of downloads, once the file gets downloaded.
9.Make a right-click on the driver file and
then click on Run as administrator.
10.The User Account Control windows might
pop-up. If the window appears, make a click on Yes for starting the process of
Installation and then go on to follow the prompts that appear for installing
the driver.
