Jagex, in my opinion was not responsive to feedback from users. This will be demonstrated by an example taken from my own life. Imagine waking early in the morning
osrs infernal cape. Once you get up and switch on the light. Since you are used darkness instead of light, you will close your eyes for a short time and let in as light as you can. You will gradually open your eyes to get used the light and, eventually, you'll be able to handle all that light.
Imagine it as a bright, sunny day. The sun will again blind you when you go out. You can close your eyes partially and remain in that way or wear sunglasses. No matter what you do, you'll be able to block some of the sunlight from reaching your eyes.
In the previous scenario, based on the circumstances the eyes could be open or closed. The amount of available light will determine the amount of light you block. This concept that I refer to as dynamic filtering, is readily understood in all aspects of life.
The issue I have with certain communities of this day is that they create a policy or "filter" in accordance with the current circumstances and then adhere to it for a long period of time
Buy OSRS Accounts. The reason this happens is that the situation changes rapidly and the community leaders do not change their policies in response to reflect the changing circumstances.
