In recent days, Scott has hammered Lee on WFAN radio and SNY TV. For example: "I don't want to say he's soft, but he is a little plush right now. It sounds like Todd Bowles is planning to play some starters on Thursday against the Eagles. He wouldn't get into specifics, except to say he'll hold out those less than 100 percent. (A lot of players are less than 100 percent at this stage of the preseason.) No official announcement on the QB rotation. Sam Darnold continued to get first-team reps, but no word on whether he'll play. On the health front, RB Isaiah Crowell is dealing with an undisclosed injury. It's not serious, per Bowles.
