I purchased the Lotus Purestay range foundation.  Although the shade I chose is right,http://makeupbop.com/benefit-m-1, my face looks ashy on applying,http://www.makeupbop.com/, not whitish, it looks ashy.  I have oily skin and so I don’t need a moisturiser beneath foundation . Which other foundation can I try ? Are BB creams or tinted moisturisers a better alternative ? I hate the ashy effect Lotus Purestay range foundation gives me. Please help.
