Wrath of the Lich King is one of the most beloved out of the World of Warcraft expansions, and Blizzard is clearly expecting many players to join wow tbc classic gold at first. Everyone hates to feel like they're late to the party, which is why "fresh start" servers aim to let players create a new character from scratch and build an entirely new community of like-minded players.
These new servers will come with a few restrictions:
For at minimum 90 days, you are not allowed to raise a character's level within the Fresh Start realms.
At least for the next 90 days Fresh Start realms will not be a destination to transfer characters.
Death Knights are not possible to create on these realms with out a level 55 character from the same realm.
It's important that you know that the 90 day limit is the absolute minimum that Blizzard is contemplating lifting these limitations. A post on the official forums said that feedback from players would be taken into consideration and Blizzard will not make any decisions in a hurry about character transfer.
Additionally to that, all WoW Classic TBC and Burning Crusade Classic zones and the dungeons will also be unlocked on the new servers, such as the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj.
