Hey everyone, I've got started with RS for the first time and have several questions about something I've seen. Capes for skill, everyone seems to be sporting one these days Why is that? It was rare to find they, and now, I'm finding a lot for players at low levels. These aren't just cheap ones like cooking/firemaking either.

Combat levels Are they just me or is everyone getting a bit higher? It used to be very rare to see a player between 110-126, and now all I see is red. Could it be due to the skill of dungeoneering? Before I quit one of my preferred methods of getting cash fast was to purchase adamant bars at avansies. Do you think that this is still an effective way to get cash? Or is there better ways?

I've looked around a lot and it seems summoning and dungeoneering are very crucial to hunters of high level Since I've just began again. Do you have any ways to get them up to 80-90 rapidly? And roughly how long it will take?

Quests Which of the new ones would be most helpful for me to start immediately? access/content-wise. for example RfD in the case of the Bank under Lumby Buy OSRS Accounts.
