What features of the beta have you most impressed by? What are your thoughts on RuneScape Gold it? For several reasons, I don't like the combat update. One reason is that it slows the process of dungeoneering. You are often forced to fight non-gd monsters to ensure your adrenaline doesn't drop. Enemies require more time to kill.


It appears that the group has a variety of combat styles, which can make it difficult to bring teams together. (Even though I spend longer trying to get dg teams together now than I do in the actual floors, having multiple combat styles can only make things more difficult). Since prayers are not being blocked, armor is almost an absolute requirement.


They have also decreased the effectiveness and efficiency of prayer in PvM. While I'd be happy with pvp in certain cases, when protect prayers aren't 100% effective, bosses can become very difficult (and the dungeoneering process, as I mentioned above). Prayer-boosting gear was also removed. This makes turmoil and soul split much more costly to utilize and also slows down slayer if you do not use them.


Third, I don't like some of the choices they made regarding the armour and weapon systems. Shields lose all offensive statistics, and I'm not certain what the defender's role is. All offensive statistics are gone for gloves and boots. The offensive boosts are relative instead of absolute (i.e. +2 percent instead of +8. 


It seems that critical hit chance is the only offensive weapon that can be increased. This leaves rapier and less powerful weapons more susceptible to. Speaking of rapier, it is now nerfed in speed to Buy Old School RS Gold be nothing more than a CLS with the stab option instead of the slash.
