the client is bad and obsolete RS gold from Rskingdom's blog

OSRS has been around a very long time so far as games and software goes - and even though the client is bad and obsolete RS gold, it is an integral component of the experience of exactly what OSRS for many men and women. For lots of customers, if they updated to a new customer it would get rid of identity and the sense of what is OSRS. Do not piss off your present customers. OSRS has almost no control appeal for anyone who hasn't played RS before, and if they took away what made it feel as the OG I'd be missing. I came back because it was just as I remembered it (mostly). When there was a client update I would be fucking missing and wouldn't feel as inclined to find out that the janky system around again.

Additionally, a third party customer buy-out would result in an increase of third party development that's not exactly what Jagex needs, but not just because people will cheat but for safety of its users as well as the company pride. Normally, purchasing a company since they made something better to your game than you did isn't likely to impress any investor about your inner development team and leadership group. Why did not leadership also have one made internally and identify this if they need a new client?

Not accepted Camertime but I will reply to your points. Fully acknowledge I tried to validate my opinion using a name I've earned. Saying something is essential since it pertains to the original game which was attempted to buy old school runescape gold mimic is a good point. However, this edition of runescape has changed significantly from that which 2007scape was so that does not hold as much weight. Stating something is obsolete and bad pretty much supports you should likely consider something.
