MMOGO is working for supply full stock MapleStory M Mesos from rsgoldfast2018's blog

No new pair for newer areas. The set do not appear to include anything past the Henesys Ruins area. Lots of new areas and creature have been added since then but are getting no cards or a place for them to be apart of. It makes the  buy Maplestory M Mesos whole set idea to appear useless if it isn't going to be updated with the rest of the game.

Party bosses are aside of a group. This only bothers me somewhat because almost no one does a number of those party pursuit anymore and it makes it difficult to complete a set. King Slime is aside of this Kerning City set yet is a celebration quest only enemy. I would also like to point out celebration quests are no longer in their former locations and as such do not have the some link they use not to mention that for many of them you want to be level 70 to perform them, which is way above the amount of the monsters in a few of the sets.

I suggest either removing these cards or merely make a brand new set for celebration quest bosses. The stat bonuses are completely dumb. 50 HP I can understand but 5! This is so stupid as the bonus supplies practically nothing for completing the set. Many other set do so too and some are much hard to achieve with such small worthwhile results in the end. What was the stage to the collections if they are more of a joke for finishing most of these as the stats that they provide are useless.

That is all I have to say about the monster book sets. I really love this collection idea and I loved going about finishing them if they were introduced ( though the maplestory mesos were equally as pathetic as they're now though you did get a wonderful EXP bonus for completing them). These established have to be upgraded and  maplestory mobile mesos will need to give proper stat bonuses if they want to maintain a purpose in this game or players will just view it as a waste of time if they get no real gain from doing it.
