Quick Line Positioning from Blue Line Laser Alignment from Daniel Smith's blog

When I am trying to make a clear line positioning result on garment cloths, I have just found that it is quite hard job to make clear line aligning and line cutting result with simple line drawing tool, while I finally give up this manual line measuring tool, but substitute it with advance laser diode tech applied tool of blue line laser alignment. When highly bright and visible blue laser beam and blue laser line is pointed after very simple connection with external DC input power supply, it is just an easy job for users to get clear and accurate blue alignment laser line targeting on all garment cloths all the time.


The desired blue laser beam from blue line laser alignment is very practical and direct. In order to get continuous blue line targeting on desired working surface, this laser line generator has just given up the adoption of traditional alkaline battery power source, but adopting even more advanced electric power source of DC input power supply. In order to support its continuous line targeting, this blue laser module is adopting higher operating voltage of 4.2V electric power source.

Not the same as a simple blue laser pointer mainly workable for entertainment or dot positioning work, the design of blue line laser alignment is mainly workable for continuous line targeting in those of industrial machinery processing works. It is not a hard work to operate such kind of laser line alignment tool. In order to get high laser beam transmittance, it just adopted even more advanced optic lens, such as glass coated lens or separate crystal lens. Whatever kind of high quality optic lens this laser line generator is adopting, it can easily keep its reliable and stable line targeting performance, but there is no appearance of laser light becoming decay or dim in long term use.

Usually after very simple connection with DC input power supply, blue line laser alignment is just able to support long term continuous line alignment on various working surface. Although it is workable 24 hours a day with the equipped machine or device, however, it is not a reasonable use for laser users. During long term continuous line alignment, it might increase the speed of laser diode and electric driving circuit burning out or aging, thus seriously affect the serving lifetime of blue laser module. In practical line targeting work, the acceptable line targeting time should be properly controlled within 8 hours to 10 hours, this blue laser alignment can easily keeping reliable line targeting and extremely long serving lifetime of more than 8000 hours.
