Elden Ring Hacker Wants Devs to stop His killing Spree
Elden Ring has been hacked. It's probably not a surprise considering that Souls games are often plagued by problems with Elden Ring Runes exploits that break games. However, this isn't a typical hack. It's not. Elden Ring is just the most recent FromSoft game that is being attacked by a infamous Souls hacker who has a special habit of invading the worlds them.
If you're familiar with Dark Souls hacker Malcolm Reynolds and his Dark Souls hacker Malcolm Reynolds, you'll be able to be able to guess what's going on. For those who aren't familiar, Reynolds is a longtime hacker of FromSoft games that caused a myriad of issues with Dark Souls 3 and Dark Souls Remastered players a few years back. In both instances Reynolds claims to have altered the game's code to allow people to be soft-banned by giving them unsuitable objects and effects on status. He claims he's similar to the gangsters as in Elden Ring, invading people's worlds and providing them with items they'd be better off not having before taking them down. Although it's not clear if he's capable of affecting the accounts of people, based on the footage that he's posted online it is clear that he has the ability to kill players in what appears to be unjust ways.
